Please include your app version, iPhone model, and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary health information.
For subscription help, use Restore Purchases in KetoBuddy. To manage or cancel an Apple subscription, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → KetoBuddy. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
To delete your KetoBuddy account, use Delete Account in the app’s account settings. Contact us by email if you cannot access your account.
